Hi, I’m Jennifer Fletcher – a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and licensed school adjustment counselor (LSAC). I currently work with students in grades 6 – 12 as a school counselor and see clients in my private practice part time. Due to COVID-19, I am seeing most of my clients virtually. However, I also understand computer / video fatigue and am also offering in person sessions (face masks required, physically distanced) as well. At this time, I am offering in person sessions on Saturday only.
I obtained my masters degree in counseling psychology from Framingham State University. I specialize in working with youth and adults who may be struggling with stress, a recent change / transition in their life as well as anxiety and depression. In counseling sessions I typically utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and acceptance and commitment therapy techniques.
In my spare time I like to ride horses and spend time outdoors. Please reach out with any questions to FletcherCandC@gmail.com – I look forward to hearing from you!
